Where is your studio located?
My studio is currently in my home in Port Charlotte, Florida.

Where do you shoot your sessions?
I shoot most of my sessions in my home studio. I do enjoy family sessions on the beach and other locations and will often travel to other areas. We usually will have sessions in Miami-Dade or Broward County as well as, Lee, Charlotte and Sarasota Counties.

What is your turnaround time for retouching images?
Usually 3-4 weeks from the date you select the images for your gallery for you to expect to receive the completed gallery. Due to the nature of the style of maternity portraits, my clients are given the opportunity to view and select the images they want me to retouch from a preview gallery. I like to provide ample time for my clients to make their selections and then begin editing without rushing the process. Depending on how many images are chosen, it can take more time. I always strive to get the gallery done as quickly as I can, taking into consideration that I want every image to look perfect. Another reason it may take longer is due to my having sessions in between editing days and other sessions that might still need editing before I can move on to another session to edit. 

I can’t wait to see the edited images! When will they be ready?
You will receive a message or email from me to let you know when your gallery is ready for downloading. The style of photography art that I provide, means that the editing process takes time. I pay great attention to detail to ensure gorgeous print ready images. I completely understand the excitement to receive your images and I promise to get them to you as quickly as possible; thank you for your patience.

Will you guide me on what to wear to my session? 
Yes! I’m happy to help you with planning your outfits. We can discuss colors and other options.  I can also provide recommendations on where you can shop to put something together with the look you want to have. 

Can I receive a price reduction if I do my own hair and makeup?
Unfortunately, I can not provide a discount on my package prices if you choose not to have this service by my team. My packages are not customizable at this time.

What is involved to book a session?
We usually will have a brief telephone conversation to plan out the details of your session to include the location, date and time. An invoice is then sent to you with a contract to pay a retainer fee. Once your deposit is paid, then you are officially in our schedule.

What happens if I have to cancel? Can I get my deposit back?
Usually a retainer/deposit fee is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a future session within the year of the original session date. If a cancellation is made due to an emergency or other event occurring as an act of God, then your deposit is returned to you.

Do I get all the images from the session?
No, you get the image count promised in the package you booked. You have the option to purchase additional edited images if you would like.

Can I have the unedited images/ could I purchase additional images that aren’t edited for a cheaper price?
No, I do not sell or give any unedited images. When clients book a session with me, they usually hope to have their final product look like what they see in my portfolio of images. Since unedited images do not represent my artistic style and brand, we only provide the images to you after they have been retouched and ready for print.
